DESIGN, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, TENANT COORIDINATION
NextGen was established in 2008, by Michael Davis and Ryan Miller, as a response to the abrupt challenges brought about in the real estate industry. Given the sharp increase in retail and office vacancies, significant existing space inventory levels, the shrinking capital and management resources of landlords, and the increasingly difficult delivery requirements of tenants and landlords; our clients needed a unique design and construction delivery process , a "one-stop shop", to meet their project's expectations.
